Your PIN/Password is preset to one of the following:

  • Your birthdate in YYMMDD format (if you supplied that data at admission)
  • The last six-digits of your SSN

Campus specific instructions:

If you have not provided Century College with your SSN or date of birth, you will need to come in to the Records Office (with your picture ID) to have a random PIN/Password established.

(The library card PALS ID number IS NOT USED at Century College to look up your student ID number)

At the completion of your login session, you must 'logout' to ensure privacy.

View the How do I log in? help video. Links to Help videos are located on the right-hand side of the e-Services page.

How do I add/drop and withdraw from courses?

Adding/dropping courses:

  • You can add or drop a course during the first five days of the spring/fall semester. You may add courses without an instructor's signature through the first three days of the term only if there are seats available.
  • After the third day of the semester, you must have the instructor’s signature to add a regular-start course at the Records Office.  You may add late-starting courses before the class begins without instructor approval.
  • Refunds are only available during the five-day drop/add period for spring and fall semesters, except as specified in the Refund Policy.
  • Late adds will be processed only with the approval of the instructor and the respective Academic Dean.
  • For summer term, refer to the summer term Refund Schedule.

Withdrawing from courses:

  • Course withdrawals (“W” grades) begin on the sixth day of the spring/fall semester, unless noted otherwise in the course schedule.
  • You may qualify for a refund only if you withdraw from all classes. (see Refund Policy for details)
  • You should withdraw after you stop attending a course or you will likely receive a grade of "F".
  • If you withdraw after 20 days, you can visit until final exam week with the instructor's approval. Withdrawals do not influence GPA, but negatively impact academic progress. (See Chapter 4, Standards of Academic Progress in the college catalog).
  • There are three ways you can add, drop, and withdraw with your student ID and PIN/Password:
    • Login to the e-Services website
    • In-person at the Records Office
    • Written request with your signature by U.S. mail (No email or fax requests!)

Telephone messages or email requests for Records Office Staff are not considered valid processing methods.

Reminder: There is no refund for partial withdrawal. You must withdraw from all classes to receive a pro-rated refund based on the withdraw schedule. You are required to pay tuition and fees unless you drop classes by the deadline. Century College will not drop courses for non-attendance.

For additional assistance, please contact the Records Department at 651-779-3299.
